Philosophy
​I specialize in helping small business owners and executives focus on the areas in their lives and businesses they do best. By freeing up their time and taking over projects they aren't getting to aren't great at, they can pursue their goals and have more time for the things they enjoy I'm passionate about helping my clients create a life and business they love. I'm a firm believer in getting out of life what you put into it, and I love being able to help others move confidently toward their dreams while I achieve mine!
How it
all began
​​Virtual Relief! was launched in 1999 when I decided to leave the corporate world of advertising to have more freedom and return to what I did best, work more directly with people. With my background in advertising and my Bachelor of Science in Marketing, as well as being a former personal assistant to the president of an ad agency and then account executive, I knew I had the skills of value to other business owners.
After completing 20 weeks of training from Stacy Brice, who is the acknowledged leader of the professional Virtual Assistant profession, and graduating from AssistU, the world's premier training and coaching institution for Virtual Assistants, Virtual Relief! was launched.
Having been a Virtual Assistant and specializing in Operations now for over 20 years, I am proud to have started on the ground floor of a profession that has grown by leaps and bounds and is now known for so much more than where it began.

Since then, I've specialized in industries such as personal development, business development, and real estate allowing me to elevate my skillsets and knowledge for tools, systems, and services of these professions and bring that experience to other business owners where it correlates (such as developing online products, marketing tools, etc. to make their businesses more profitable). I am also in the process of obtaining my project management certification. I have been classified as a "high level" VA and am proud to "partner" with my clients to strategize, grow, and expand their businesses as if they were my own.

My Zone of Genius is the ability to see minute details while at the same time how that detail is affected by and impacts the big picture. Also, within that big picture, all the minute details and how they impact each other. In my opinion, having the ability to do both has helped me excel at project management and knowing who to give a project to and/or how to get it done because I’m able to foresee challenges and/or needs prior to even getting started.

Interests
​Because I believe life isn't all just about business and should have balance, I'd love to share more about my passions outside the office.
I am proud to say I'm a three-time Ironman Triathlete, which has taught me so much about my strengths in all aspects of life like persistence, mental toughness, and focus to name a few. I have a cool story about my journey and the last 9 minutes of my first race finish in Western Australia. It's an emotional and inspiring one.
In addition to finding me swimming, biking, and running, I enjoy paddleboarding, hiking, and taking in a baseball game from time to time...just to name few things. Of course, my co-worker (aka, my dog Zoe) also ensures we get plenty of sun and outdoor time by our home in the mountains of Park City, Utah.
